Chain wind staves, while rare, are a relatively-advanced ninja tool. This weapon has the Light, Thrown (30/60 feet), and Returning properties. Additionally, when you engage in two-weapon fighting, you may spend 1 chakra per staff to make a double weapon attack.

Scroll Copies. A creature with the Scroll Specialist feature may attune to this weapon, allowing them to summon copies of it that can not be attuned to as a bonus action that last for 1 minute.
