Cavern Curse [Troglodyte]
This foul curse causes ongoing necrotic damage and slows your foe.
Prerequisite: Troglodyte, Trained in Arcana or Religion
Benefit: You can swap one 1st-level or higher Encounter attack power you know for the Cavern Curse attack power.
