Level 3 Disease
The brain starts boiling

Stage 0: The target recovers from the disease.

Stage 1: 1d4 Wisdom damage And target takes a -2 on all Wis, Int & Cha skill checks.
Stage 2: Target is dazed at the start of every combat (save ends)
Stage 3: Target attacks nearest creature until slain
Stage 4: Coma

Check: At the end of each extended rest, the target makes an Endurance check.
19 or Lower: The stage of the disease increases by 1.
20 - 23: No change.
24 or Higher: The stage of the disease decreases by 1.
