| Effect: Make a bluff check opposed by the target's insight. If you win, the target grants combat advantage until the end of your next turn. This replaces the normal use of a bluff check per encounter. | |
| Special: If you chose Air Elemental Preference, and you use your Chaos Power feature when attacking this turn then target recieves a -2 penalty to their insight check. | |
