Components: V S M (A pint of blood
Duration: 1 hour

Upon casting this spell you create a circle of blood on the ground, any creature that walks into the circle of blood activates the trap and must make a dexterity saving throw against your spell DC. On a failed save the creature takes 4d10 piercing damage and their speed is halved for 1 minute, while on a success they take half damage and suffer no further effects. This spell can only activate once.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the spells damage increases by 1d10 for every spell slot above first.
