You can invoke the power of the marsh to summon a Bog Cloud.
Prerequisite: Lizardfolk, Trained in Arcana or Religion
Benefit: You can swap one 1st-level or higher encounter attack power you know for the Bog Cloud attack power.

| Hit: 2d8 poison damage, and target is dazed until the end of your next turn. | |
| Level 11: 3d8 poison damage
Level 21: 4d8 poison damage | |
