While you hold this sword, you can spend up to 2 charges to use blood lust. When you use blood lust you roll 2 hit dice per charge spent. You subtract the damage from your total health. If you do so you gain +2 to attack and damage rolls per charge.

When you attack do an additional 2d6 necrotic damage.
