[[3e Summary:: By means of this cantrip, the caster causes the subject individual (person or creature) to blink his, her, or its eye or eyes. The blinking reaction is only momentary, of course, lasting no more than half a second. A successful saving throw vs. spell means only a single eye winks, or no effect for one-eyed creatures.

The verbal component is a softly spoken magical word (such as “hat-cha-cha “), voiced while the caster snaps his fingers.]]
