You hurl a bright yellow lightning bolt at a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1 radiant damage and becomes half-blinded until the end of its next turn.
This spell's longevity lasts longer when you reach 5th level (2 turns), 11th level (3 turns), and 17th level (4 turns).
