For shinobi, fighting is incredibly mentally intensive. As such, certain shinobi train with senbon that have small bells attached to their backs in order to distract their opponents.

Disorienting. When you miss on a thrown attack with a belled senbon, your target must succeed a Wisdom or Intelligence saving throw using your jutsu save DC. On a failure, their next attack roll, Dexterity, Wisdom, or Intelligence saving throw has disadvantage, or the next attack against them has advantage.
