Weapon (ammunition,bows), uncommon This arrow feels wet and every now and then you can see it drip a tear. Sorrows of Regret. Upon shooting you see tear fall as you pull back. On a hit, in addition to the normal effects of the weapon this was fired from, the target must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the target suffers 2d6 psychic damage as they hear and see all of the regrets, and break down crying, falling prone in a fetal position. |
