Weapon (Ammunition), Common This arrow is scarred with purple marking. On top of the arrow's normal damage, the targeted creature must make a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or the target becomes affected by hideous laughter. These arrows are fit for bows but there are other types of this ammunition like, Bolt of Hideous Laughter, Darts of Hideous Laughter, etc but, arrows of this item are more common. |
