The Araya puppet was designed by a Sand shinobi of the same name who suffered greatly from stage fright. Due to this, he lived almost completely vicariously through his puppet. In order to use this to his advantage, he can experience almost anything as if he were the puppet, and the edges of its mask are lined with a flesh-like rubber, transforming what would be a below-average puppet into the perfect infiltrator. |
