This potion can bring back the dead once placed into the mouth of the dead regardless of time of death. Pouring this potion into the mouth of a corpse is equivalent to casting the spell true resurrection upon it, ignoring the 200 year time limit and material components. Corpses without a mouth to "drink" cannot be revived using this potion.
