Adamantine Upgrade (5e Feat)

Prerequisites: Warforged race, Integrated Protection racial trait

You have spent long hours and much experimentation learning how to properly integrate adamantine into your defenses. You gain the following benefits:

Your Constitution Score increases by 1.
During a long rest, you may consume 10 lbs. of adamantine powder, equal to one adamantine bar. If you do, your next defensive mode choice grants a benefit until you choose a different mode. This effect is only lost if you choose a different mode at the end of a long rest. As long as you choose the same mode each time, it persists. Choose from the following three options:
- Any critical hits scored against you become normal hits.
- You gain resistance to nonmagical slashing, piercing, and bludgeoning damage that is not adamantine.
- Unarmed strikes you make against objects are counted as critical hits as long as they connect."
