You're Skitting Me

is an Australian youth Sketch Comedy produced By Jigsaw Entertainment for ABC 3 from 2012 to 2016. It consisted of six teenagers (Cosmo, Mia, Molly, Jake, Hayden and Rowan) performing skits, mainly satirising contemporary life.

• Brick Joke: Played between skits and even, on occasion, between a skit and the backstage interviews.
• Deadpan Snarker / Sarcasm Mode: One sketch focused around a school that taught teens to be this. It also had the Incredibly Lame Pun of the name Sarcademy.
• Girl Scouts Are Evil: Another loved topic of sketches.
• Hey, It's That Guy!: Actually done in the other direction, as Jake was the prankster on an episode of the third series of Prank Patrol Australia, which airs on the same channel as You're Skitting Me.
• Hipster: A common sketch where the eponymous hipsters take their ideals too far. (e.g. dying in a restaraunt of eating raw chicken)
• Incredibly Lame Pun: On occasion.
• Post Modernism: The show parodies parts of modern life including Hipsters and the newest fads.
• Reality Ensues: The ending to every Ned the Panda sketch in which he oftens ends up in an otherwordly situation only to die because he can't survive in space or be too deep underwater.
• Satire, Parody, Pastiche: The show's focus.
• Sketch Show: The format.
• What Measure Is a Non-Human?: Parodied with the zombie segments where the zombies wish to be treated normally despite constantly eating flesh.
  • It is reflected in the cast interviews, where the cast begin a fake charity so zombies can be treated like humans.
