• Competition Freak: Moreso than Zach. Not only does she have a rivalry with him, but she's also challenged the brothers, and nature itself ("Cheetah Racer" against the cheetah, "Platypus Café" when she thought she could figure out Plato's "sixth sense" on her own…).
• Freudian Trio: One with Chris and Martin, and another with Koki and Jimmy.
• Gadgeteer Genius
• Gratuitous Spanish: Subverted and later averted.
• Hey, It's That Voice!: Athena Karkanis was Agent Lindsay Perez.
• Launcher of a Thousand Ships: Seems to be, given you either support Martin/Aviva, Chris/Aviva, (or neither) or have thought about any past Zach/Aviva. That's half of the adult male cast!

• Butt Monkey: Especially in "Elephant in the Room". He's also punched himself in the face (twice in a row!), dropped a football on himself, gotten tangled up in a hammock, banged his thumb with a hammer twice, need I say more?
• Freudian Trio: With Aviva and Koki.
• Hates Being Touched: Oddly, only with Aviva. Other characters have even made full body contact that he didn't look uncomfortable with, but he shrinks away from Aviva (except in "Masked Bandits" when she was behind him with her hands on his shoulders, and he had his hands on hers).
