    Kozo Shioya is a voice actor born in 1955. He is usually cast as (sometimes multiple) secondary characters or an Elite Mook, but Majin Buu of Dragon Ball Z is a notable role despite being a Jerkass of a villain.

    His younger brother, Yoku Shioya, is also a voice actor but is more usually cast as The Hero.
