Avengers: Infinity War/YMMV



These things about Avengers: Infinity War are subjective - not everyone will agree with all of them.

  • Even Better Sequel: Considered better than Avengers: Age of Ultron.
  • Fountain of Memes: It's very hard to find a quote of Thanos that isn't well known.
  • Harsher in Hindsight: Black Panther being a victim of the Snap is harder to watch knowing that Chadwick Boseman died of colon cancer two years after this film came out.
  • Narm: Shuri discussing Vision's brain with Banner can come across as Techno Babble to some.
  • It Was His Sled: Thanos killed fifty percent of the population.
  • Newer Than They Think: The Black Order seems to be such a natural feature for Thanos' army, being a Five-Man Band, that people unfamiliar with the comics may think they have been there for decades and that is why they are on this movie. They debuted in 2013, during Jonathan Hickman's New Avengers run. It becomes more noticeable when watching the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie and they are absent in scenes where Thanos should have them by his side; Guardians was being filmed at the same time as Infinity, the storyline that introduced them, was being published.
  • Signature Line: "You should have gone for the head."
  • Signature Scene: Where the people were affected by the Snap.
  • Visual Effects of Awesome: The motion capture effects for Thanos are great to look at.
